If changes are made to an AFE or Cost Center in BOLO during the day, and we need to get those changes over to ADP right away, how can we make that happen? The automated AFE/CC synchronization job only runs once per day, first thing in the morning.

Brant Witzel AFE/CC synchronization can be run manually at any time. As of version 2.2.0 and earlier, this synchronization process requires two steps:
step 1). If U3Exchange is installed on a Windows Server, run the "U3Exchange AFE-CC Export" job found in Scheduled Tasks on that server.
step 1). if U3Exchange is installed on a Linux Server, log in to the server as the account used by U3Exchange and run "crontab -l" and locate the cron job that calls the python script "exportController.py" . Copy the full executable path (not the job scheduling parameters) and paste it at the command line. Hitting enter/return afterward will run the export job.
When that job has completed (this can take anywhere from < 5 to > 30 minutes)...
step 2). Log in to ADP OpenInvoice as a user with access to modify AFEs and Cost Centers, go to "Corporate", "Electronic Documents", and then click on the "CC Import - Run Now" button. When that job completes, click on the "AFE Import - Run Now" button.
